House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez urged Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) officials to decongest within 45 day duration to 6 months deadline for airline companies to transfer their domestic flights to Clark International Airport (CRK) from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA)
Alvarez directed the airport officials to comply with the government rules or otherwise sanctions to franchise cancellation will be uphold. The decongestion is implemented to downsize traffic terminals and evade series of delayed flights.
