The third batch of 190 Former Rebels (FR) of Regions 12 and 13, from provinces of Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte and few from Davao City flew to Manila to dine with the President in Malacañang Palace..
They were boarded two Philippine Air Force C-130 aircraft from Davao City International Airport and Bancasi Airport, Butuan City.
Maj. Ezra L. Balagtey, spokesperson of the Eastern Mindanao Command (EastMinCom) said that the activity is part of the continuing activity of reintegrating the former rebels in the mainstream society and giving them a better perspective on life. Parts are touring from historical sites and visiting event hosted by AFP chief of staff Gen. Rey Leonardo Guerrero, tours are expected to end on March 7.
