Homeless swears to fill the public houses once awarding is delayed

John Paul Lapid, Urban Poor Resource Center of the Philippines said "They are forced to live in shanties and under bridges, risking their health and safety, and constantly facing eviction. The only solution is to match empty government homes with the homeless." Depicting PH as one of the poorest countries in the region, where homeless people force to live in an area of public.

There are 4.5 million homeless Filipinos out of 106 million total population. In homeless, 3 million lies in the slums in Manila. According the group Kadamay,  there are 115, 000 empty public houses across the country, in case, the awarding is delayed, they will force to fill the houses.
