When Palace in Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque asked Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno to step out from her post, the landslide votes to raise the Impeachment trial to the House of the Senate probes a probable cause and series of rallies in the premise of Supreme Court Justice to call the same manifesto, said by Sereno "I will not resign and I will fight."
Vice President Leni Robredo said the attempts to asks for the resignation of Sereno set a bad precedent. She added that its not good to short cut the due process, referring to the case filed Quo Warranto.
