Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) founder Jose Maria Sison said he is willing to return to PHL to negotiate the peace process with the government unless the conditions will set between the two bodies. He added that in a 60-day peace process should have no spoilers.
President Rodrigo Duterte explained earlier that he cannot attend the peace negotiations but requested Sison to come to the Philippines, referring the state that they both fighting for.
Sison has been in exile for 31 years in Europe since 1987 after the peace talk process with first of former President Corazon Aquino failed.
