The Bureau of Immigration had given the Australian missionary Sister Patricia Fox until May 25 to pack her bag and leave the Philippines after the BI had cancelled her missionary visa with 30 day period of stay.
The BI had denied Sis. Fox appeal to keep the effectivity of her missionary visa. Immigration still strengthened her illegal involvement in political rally in PH when it is prohibited under the law of the country, foreigners engaging into political activities.
The decision is final and executory. Her deportation case is still ongoing.
