But Associate Justice Teresita Leonardo De Castro has now declined the nomination that she maybe considered as among of the choices for the next Ombudsman. She was nominated by the Retired Associate Justice Arturo Briones.
Her response is contained in a single-page letter sent to the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC).
