Detained Senator Leila De Lima has warned Vice-President Leni Robledo as the next kin to Sereno to be ousted by President Rodrigo Duterte.
“In Duterte’s list of independent and strong women that he wants removed from office, only one remains and the thorn on the President’s side and the only woman in highest position right now who is vocal to oppose on his way to run the country” De Lima said.
De Lima noted that Ex-Chief Justice Sereno called by Duterte as an enemy before she was ousted in her post as the top magistrate of the country.
Ombudsman Chief Conchita Carpio-Morales was lambasted by Duterte many times in open public for being a critic of his administration.
