The soldiers and policemen had seized different firearms and improvised bomb and bomb-making components during a raid of the suspected MILF member and bomb maker in Sultan Kudarat. Lasian Manibpel an alleged member of Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) was arrested by Lt. Col. Harold Cabunoc.
“The suspect retreated to the mountains after sensing the arrival of the government troops. He is an alleged member of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front based on the recovered identification card inside the house,” Cabunoc noted.
The explosive materials recovered from the crime scene has the similarities with the bomb exploded in Koronodal City.
