House Magnificient 7 opposition leader and Albay 1st District Rep. Edcel Lagman expressed his points on the 8 Supreme Court Justices who voted for Maria Lourdes Sereno to be ousted as Chief Justice of SC. He said the 8 justices "deserves to be impeached".
“The immutable rule is that injustice does not pay. If magistrates who are sworn to uphold the Constitution, subvert the very fundamental law by arrogating jurisdiction over an impeachable official, perforce they deserve to be impeached,” Lagman added.
