Ousted chief justice Maria Lourdes Sereno believes that President Rodrigo R. Duterte meddled on her Quo Warranto case.
She stand that Duterte is an important hand why she was out on her seat as Chief Justice in the supreme court.
In lieu, she asks the President to immediately resign for violating the constitution and was unable to meddle on issues behind the aggressive claims of China in our Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) territories.
“From his own mouth, he admitted that he started the campaign to remove me. So, Mr. President, resign now!” she said.
