Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Dir. Gen. Oscar Albayalde had reacted to the critics for their negative reception of the implementation of cracking-down loiterers in the metro. He added that they should stop conditioning the minds of the public by saying that human rights are being violated under the stricter law against “tambay” or “night idlers.”
But during the course of the time after President Rodrigo Duterte directed his office to make this law moving, Albayalde boosted that not a single individual has filed a complaint before the PNP Human Rights Affairs Office that their rights have been violated in anti-tambay act.
