The 3-day visit of President Rodrigo R. Duterte to the South Korea was able to closed deals worth $172.64-million loan agreement for the new Cebu international port.
Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Ernesto Abella said the signing of the accords on agriculture, trade, transportation and science and technology, were witnessed by Duterte and South Korean President Moon Jae-in.
Including to the agreements were the line up for agricultural technology for mechanization and advanced irrigation system to increase production.
