OMBUDSMAN INVESTIGATES MULTI-MILLION PESO SCANDAL OF SOLGEN CALIDA's FIRM

Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales has confirmed that her office is investigating Solicitor General Jose Calida Jr. due to the controversy of his family owned security agency won various contracts with government entities.

She added initially that the field investigators doing a fact-finding analysis from gathered related documents. The case must build up if there is a probable cause to the complaint.
