Bagaman may karapatang magpahayag ng saloobin ang bawat isa ay pinaalala pa rin ni Vice President Leni Robredo kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang obligasyon nitong hindi dapat makainsulto sa kahit na sino man.
Ito'y matapos ang kontrobersiyal na pahayag ni Duterte kaugnay sa Diyos.
“ Totoo na mayroon tayong karapatan magpahayag ng saloobin natin. Totoo na mayroon tayong karapatan tayo na sariling pananampalataya, pero lahat ng karapatan ay may kaakibat na obligasyon. Obligasyon natin na siguruhin o hindi natin nao-offend yung religious beliefs ng mga tao, hindi nang-iinsulto, ” ani Robredo
Samantala bumwelta naman si Pangulong Duterte sa mga taong pilit siyang pinapahingi ng paumanhin sa pagsabing STUPID ang Diyos at pagmumura dito. Ani Duterte, ayaw niyang humingi ng paumanhin.

PRESIDENT DUTERTE: No, I will not do that, definitely. Not in a million years.
You know, God is personal. It is not formed by textbooks. You nurture God as your faith based on the values that you get from life early on from you parents.
That is how you conceive God to be. So if you use God as a --- as a transmission sa ano ninyo --- other sectors of society, then you invite criticism.
They will say that, “ah in the name of God you say that you know that’s not allowed by God…” If you use it as a transmission of messages, you are up to.
