Opposition Senator Risa Hontiveros declared that President Rodrigo Duterte forefronts in waging wars against illegal drugs, labor contractualization, foreign policy and poverty had became the facets of failure since its results are more of dividing the public.
Hontiveros added that those wars had lost its substance because it is state-sponsored that just smoke and mirrors white flag of surrender.
“There is a clear attempt to divert public attention away from burning issues such as China's encroachment on our territory and the government's overall dismal performance,” Hontiveros said.
