SERENO BELIEVES DUTERTE IS WEAKENING THE RULE OF LAW BY FOOLING FILIPINOS

Ousted Chief Justice Maria Loudes Sereno has fought the battle for once more hit President Rodrigo Duterte for the division he brought to the higher court. She added that Duterte participation in the granted Quo Warranto is weakening the rule of law and Supreme Court independence.

Sereno said the Duterte is vicious to plant intrigues and planting evidences to those individuals he thinks is opposing on his plans.

“Truth has a way of coming out eventually. And he is making a mistake if he thinks the Filipino is so easily fooled,” Sereno said.
