After the Supreme Court rejected the Motion for Reconsideration with 8-6 votes officially removing Maria Lourdes Sereno as the Chief Justice, she immediately released her side in her speech at the University of the Philippines, that she is willing to lead "Peoples Movement" against President Rodrigo Duterte and his administration.
She slammed the president on his participation of her ouster movement as a "blasphemous, self-styled dictator" who weakened the country's democractic institutions.
Sereno vowed to watch all the steps of administration with regards to upholding the rule of law and the democracy.
