Despite, the Supreme Court's acknowledgement of the Motion for Reconsideration (MR) filed to reverse the decision of 8 justices who favored the Quo Warranto which seeks to unseat Maria Lourdes Sereno, in its ruling then, the SC firmed its finality to officially call Chief Justice a vacant position.
