President Rodrigo R. Duterte said that the "Yellows have long melted" and he urged the Liberal Party, the opposition to set aside politics after former president Benigno Aquino III criticized the chief executive for his remarks on human lives, relating to human rights.
"Something entered my ears. Perhaps it's yellow," the President said, in his speech in Cagayan, where he ordered to destroy P300 million worth of smuggled vehicles.
