Outgoing Ombudsman Conchita Morales asked on lower house "coup" when Pantaleon Alvarez was replaced by first woman to lead as Speaker, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, she said, "nothing is permanent."
This was her remark unfazed to the to the decision of the Congress to elect a new leader, further said, "I did not feel nothing."
But Morales recalled that she was invited to Duterte "Sonas" but she respects the prerogative of the inviting entity.
