The third State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Rodrigo R. Duterte will be safeguarded by the elite cops who fought against the ISIS-inspired terrorists in Marawi.
Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, Director General Oscar Albayalde said, that a number of them were coming from the Special Action Force (SAF) adding the action forces to strengthen the security measures on the ground. There are 6,000 to 7,000 cops who will be deployed in the areas.
He assured that the cops were informed to exercise maximum tolerance adhering human rights.
