PUTIN GETS DRY WHILE MACRON AND KITAROVIC GETS WET DURING FIFA AWARDING IN RUSSIA

In mother Russia only President Vladimir Putin gets an umbrella. The FIFA awarding in Russia did not stop the atmosphere of winning the championship though torrential rain dropped during the awarding. 

France won over Croatian team but what is more show stopping was when only Putin got the umbrella and dried up while handed the medals to the France team and other notable leaders French counterpart Emmanuel Macron and Croatia's prime minister Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic were unfortunate to get soaked and wet the whole time.
