The ICC is conducting a preliminary examination into the government’s war on drugs.
During the press briefing at the Tuguegarao City, Duterte slammed the human rights judge, “By what right do you have to harm our children? I will say that to the judge. We’ll see each other at the International Criminal Court.”
He stated earlier that he prefers to save the lives younger generation than saving the life of criminals, drug pushers and ushers who tries to infect the innocent state of mind of the youth.
