The Commission on Elections Clerk of the Commission is reviewing the disqualification cases of 68 candidates who is running on 2019 midterm election.
At the end of the filing of Certificates of Candidacy on October 17, 2018, the Comelec Clerk of the Commission received a total of 68 petitions for disqualification.
One of the petitioners, Former DILG Sec. Mar Roxas asked the Comelec to disqualify Katipunan ng Demokratikong Pilipino senatorial bet Jesus Roxas and also Senator Loren Legarda is now facing two disqualication cases filed by former Antique Governor Exquiel Javier and Robin Rubinor.
Former Manila Vice Mayor Isko Moreno who is also seeking the top post in the country’s capital, filed a disqualification case against Onofre Estrada Abad who is also seeking a Mayor post.
