Pro-federalism delegates around 25, 000 will gather at the Quezon City Circle spearheaded by the IConform-Federal Phils., expressed their intention to support the movement of Duterte administration to shift the government form into Federalism.
The rally will be led by Secretary Raul L. Lambino of IConform Federal which tackles injustices due to highly centralized government. The movement has strong backing in the Lower House proposing to revise the 1987 constitution.
There they said that federalism will improve the lives of million Filipinos.
