“You could see libel cases filed against her,” Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II pledged to sue Sen. Risa Hontiveros for branding him as "manufacturer of fake news" and "cook of fake news."
Aguirre stressed that Hontiveros reaction is exaggerated and issued libelous and defamatory statement against him. In relation to the cases under DOJ jurisdiction, such the dismissal of cases of self-confessed drug lords Peter Lim and PDAF scam mastermind Janet-Lim Napoles under WPP.
Aguirre vowed to file the case “very soon.”
