President Rodrigo Duterte praised Russian President Vladimir Putin, recently disclosed Russia's readiness to new nuclear arsenal.
Duterte said "You know, if war breaks out, America will melt first but Russia and China will also follow suit. If they will released their nuclear warheads, it’s the end of the world."
Recently, Putin revealed that Russia has an array of new nuclear weapons and that these would hit any point in the world as well as evade a US-built missile shield.
