Lawyer Romeo Igot passed a resolution to the Supreme Court to oblige Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno to submit missing Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net worth (SALN's) from 2003 to 2005 and 2007 to 2008, the petition directed to prove her eligibility to function in the position.
Igot a former governor of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) from July 2-15 to July 2017, admitted that there are lapses on the recommendation during the time that top magistrate underwent process in the IBP, referring to the Psychological result as recommending requirement for the post.
The House of Representatives swept the votes of 38 in favor to elevate the impeachment case to the House of the Senate and Quo Warranto was being filed by Solicitor General Jose Calida at the Supreme Court.
