FROM LEASE TO GRANTS, JAPAN AWARDED PH 3 Beechcarft TC90 Aircrafts

From lease to grants, officially the Japan Ministry of Defense granted Philippines Three (3) Beechcraft TC90 aircrafts. 

Department of Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana received 3 war aircraft from Japan and admitted that this will aid to strengthen the military capacity equipment to meet the number in response to secure the country from invasion and maritime security.

“These challenges range from territorial disputes with China and other Southeast Asian Nations over the ownership of resource-rich islands in the West Philippine Sea, to piracy, movement of armed insurgents in the Sulu Sea and other transnational crimes,” Lorenzana said.
