Solid DDS blogger and a conspicuous web-based social networking identity Jovybev Aquino conceded being paid by Pres. Rody Duterte. However, netizens were astounded with the way on how he was paid because it shows that it was not only him who was being paid but the entire Filipino group who are devotees of the President.
