On his twitter account Philippine Ambassador to the United Nations Teddy Locsin Jr. confirmed that a decision of withdrawal from International Criminal Court. The PH has formally given a notice to the office of ICC UN Chief De Cabinet Maria Luiza Ribeiro Viotti, as per directive President Rodrigo R. Duterte.
