Inciting to sedition case was filed at the Pasay Metropolitan Trial court against Senator Antonio Trillanes IV. In lieu, was a legal basis on Article 142 of the Revised Penal Code was signed by Senior Assistant City Prosecutor Joahna A. Gabatino-Lim and approved by OIC City Prosecutor Benjamin B. Lanto.
The case build up during in a privilege speech of Trillanes mentioning a particular M60 machine gun, military can use against President Rodrigo Duterte if proven cause of his alleged hidden wealth.
