UN RIGHTS CHIEF SAID DUTERTE SHOULD HAVE PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT

Department of Foreign Affairs Secretary Allan Peter Cayetano hailed that the world needs more Duterte's. But the United Nation Human Rights Chief Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein bragged that Duterte needs psychiatric evaluation.

Zeid and other U.N. rights officials have focused significant attention on Duterte's controversial drug war and significantly counted the death tools from the time the President started in his post and considered the killings as violations to humanity without categorizing.
The clashed between Callamard and the President. Now the DFA Sec. Cayetano called out the UN chief as irresponsible and disrectful to the mandates of the president and stepping his political will by insulting and branding the president internationally.
