3 KILOS OF MARIJUANA CONFISCATED BY THE DAVAO CITY POLICEMEN BEFORE ITS ENTRY

The Task Force Davao arrested two men carrying 2 kilos of Marijuana. The 13 bundles of contraband worth P80,000 were wrapped in newspapers.

The suspects came from Badas, Mati, Davao Oriental boarded in Toyota Innova. According to them that it will be send to Buhangin, Davao City.

The suspects said that this is their first time attempt to have entry in Davao City carrying a contraband but the police said that the suspects had under investigation and for the second time they attempted to penetrate Davao City.

They will be facing charges of Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 which is non-bailable.
