TRILLANES: HANDA akong PALITAN SI CAYETANO SA DFA kung magre-RESIGN SIYA ANYTIME!

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said he is very willing to replace Sec. Alan Peter Cayetano as secretary of the DFA, if President Rodrigo Roa Duterte will offer him the position. This was his reaction when requested to comment on the charged letter of DFA profession officers requiring Cayetano's renunciation, alongside his helpers in the organization.

“Una, di naman siya talaga qualified sa DFA, alam nating lahat yun. Bayad lang niya yun sa kanya nung mama sa Malakanyang kasi malaki ang donasyon nya nung election. Ikalawa, isiniksik lang naman nya ang sarili niya dun sa mama. Kita natin yun nung panahon ng kampanya.” Trillanes said in an ambush interview, on Friday, May 4, 2018.

“Kung tatanggalin siya ni Duterte sa pwesto o magre-resign siya, payag naman ako pumalit sa kanya kahit ngayon din. May mahaba akong karanasan sa pakikipag-usap sa mga taga-ibang bansa lalo na sa China. Kaya yung problema natin sa China, palagay ko naman, makakatulong ako ng malaki.” The Liberal Party (LP) ally senator added.

Trillanes, who isn't qualified for keep running for reelection in 2019, noticed that President Duterte has been selecting liberals and some of them fizzled. He included that if the president truly needs to give level with chances to individuals who need to be in the administration, it's currently time to choose somebody from the Opposition. “Together, we will make history,” he said.

Then, the DFA has just denied the assumed letter requesting Cayetano to leave, taking note that President Duterte has not perused such letter. 

"It is unfortunate that the Star published unverified information from an anonymous source.” the DFA stated, adding that the letter did not originate from Union of Foreign Service Officers (UNIFORS).

TRILLANES SAYS HIS PRAYING GORDON LEADERSHIP MUST BE REPLACED

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said that the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee will be a protection to President Rodrigo Duterte and who chaired, Sen. Richard Gordon will be a lapdog to the president.

Trillanes disclosed that he has been praying for a senate chairmanship revamp, noted the blue ribbon. He added the investigation of P6.4 billion of shabu brought controversy as to the accountability of direct individuals involved in BoC remains unsolved.

But Senate Majority Leader Vicente Sotto III denied the reports on the change of Senate leadership, which could likely happen after the hearing of the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
