Police chief Director General Oscar Albayalde warned "men in uniform" that the PNP will be sharp addressing "SCALAWAGS" cleansing would be "chilling and deadly".
The Chief PNP swears to remove ranks doing illegal activities, after the operation where one police officer died in the encounter and 3 other nabbed due to kidnap-for-ransom.
“When we say deadly, we will be sharp in identifying these scalawags in uniform,” the police chief added.
