CITY MAYOR ADMITS "CEBU IS A CRIMINAL CITY"

Cebu City Mayor Tomas R. Osmeña himself admitted that his own city is a “criminal city” following the series of killings involving local government, its drug agencies, and policemen.

Osmeña agreed with how his critic,  Councilor Pastor M. Alcover Jr., described Cebu as "not a safe place" considering the number of killings and, the peace and order fluctuated since some of the Policemen were involved in the crimes. 

Alcover said that “Cebu City is no longer the Queen City of the South. It’s now a criminal city…How can we attract investors? I challenge the mayor to do something to preserve peace and order in the city.”
