MALCOLM CONLAN THOUGHT VP ROBREDO IS DISINTERESTED TO SING NATIONAL ANTHEM DURING 3RD SONA, DID SHE VIOLATED RA 8491?

Malcolm Conlan, a famous British Blogger, known as "Filipino-at heart" evaluated Vice-President Leni Robledo for not singing the National Anthem "Lupang Hinirang" during the address of 3rd SONA of President Rodrigo R. Duterte.

Conlan noticed that she is not opening her mouth to sing since the onset of the lyrics. Netizens also capture the moment and are also criticized her treatment considering that she "should lead by example" as the deputy leader of the country.

The constitution spares some provisions to respect the national anthem once it is played, salute and pay attention to sing as stated in the Republic Act. No. 8491, section 38.
