Senator Nancy Binay warned the public that Boracay is not yet ready for opening this October. He immediately addressed the government to avoid giving false hope to the beach goers since the capacity of Boracay based on the reported rehabilitated areas cannot accomodate the flocks of tourists.
Earlier, Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu said that Boracay Island will be officially re-open to the general public on October 26 but did not touched the carrying capacity or possible tourists be accommodated.
