Former president Benigno Aquino III has diverted the question when he was asked by the press his assessment to President Rodrigo Duterte's 2 years as the head of the state, instead, leaving the answers to the Filipinos of what he called his bosses for the entire archipelago.
He added that the judgement of President's performances should not coming from him but by form the people.
He also explained why he prefers to sit-down at home and watch Duterte in his 3rd SONA to avoid media interviews.
