Malacañang has said that the decision of the Bureau of Immigration (BI) to deport Australian missionary Patricia Fox for her alleged participation in political activities prohibited of foreigners is according to the rule of law.
BI signed a resolution dated July 19 stating that the 71-year-old nun was an undesirable alien and that she has violated the limitations and conditions of her missionary visa for engaging political rallies and protests.
Inclusion in the decision is barring her from reentering the Philippines.
