Pulse Asia conducted a survey from June 15 to 21, 2018 showed that out three, there were two Filipinos or 67 percent were against the initiative of the current administration to adopt a transitional government through charter change and thus amending the 1987 Constitution. There were 1,800 respondents across the nation.
Pulse Asia’s survey, conducted from June 15 to 21, also showed that 55 percent of Filipinos were aware of the proposal to amend the 1987 Constitution while 74 percent admitted having “little” or “almost no knowledge” about the 1987 Constitution – the primary law of the land.
