Vice President Leni Robredo has asked the House of Congress and the administration to stop pushing shifting the government form into federalism through Charter Change.
She added that the administration is accountable to let the Filipinos understand the transitional government. She said that Duterte should lay-down the political will in the language of welfare if the proposed transition will seek to justice, service and general advantage to the people.
