The Supreme Court (SC) has reprimanded former Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno for discussing the merits of the quo warranto case in public while it was still pending in the tribunal.
This is amidst the attacks of Sereno over her colleagues in relation to the decision made by the high court granting the merit of Quo Warranto.
The SC also warned Sereno against repeating those acts or the court will be more subjective to those acts.
