Supporters of Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo should slow down installing her as "Prime Minister". Senator Panifilo Lacson added that they should also "think twice" since the senators both the administration and opposition will assert their roles in the parliamentary form of government.
He said that the shift of lower house leadership made the former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, the first woman to became House Speaker as 'Awkward, ugly, low and disgraceful'.
