Senator Risa Hontiveros said in a statement that what happened to the power grabbing in the House of Representatives leaving Pantaleon Alvarez and ascended as House Speaker, the former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, showed that the administration and the SONA came to chaos and weak.
The state of affairs in the lower house showed that the allies are not solid for not addressing some issues important to the country like the West Philippine Sea, Train Law and the deaths of anti-drug war.
