An extreme blaze of fire that struck Greece and forces the locals to lead into the sea but at least 74 of them had lost their lives of what they described as "struck like a flamethrower". This is the worst fire after 2007.
"The flames were chasing us all the way to the water," said one victim.
The fires scattered in Mati, located in the Rafina region which is popular with local tourists, especially pensioners and children attending holiday camps.
