The Supreme Court (SC) has denied Senator Leila de Lima's plea to personally attend the Senate Inquiry on PHL's withdrawal as member of the International Criminal Court.
Two among the majority of the Supreme Court Justices had voted to conformed De Lima's request but the majority voted to dropped her motion seeking her presence in the Senate discussion.
The Liberal Party senators had requested the same petition seeking De Lima to join the arguments of Rome Statute.
