TRILLANES PREDICTS OPPOSITION WILL TAKE 8 SEATS IN THE SENATE IN 2019 ELECTIONS

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV said that among in the opposition slate for the senatorial election in 2019, the Liberal Party and its allies might win at least minimum of 8 seats in the House of Senate against the dominant party of President Rodrigo Duterte.

He admitted that the victory of Resistance Opposition still depends on the response of the public relating to the inflation of prices due to TRAIN Law, charter change, the extra-judicial killings which the opposition is critical with.

He added that their party will try to stop the current administration if the implementing rules are against the vast interest of the public. He posed agenda like anti-TRAIN, anti-Cha-cha, anti-EJK, anti-misogyny, anti-corruption, anti-expansion ng China sa West Philippine Sea.
